The center is available to public safety students/employees, agencies, and service members who want to conduct training in their field. It is not currently available for use by the general public. Certain parts of the center may be reserved by private or nonprofit agencies and businesses, by special arrangement.

Call Dale Toler, Interim PSTC Director, at (512) 223-0063 to reserve the facility.

Hours of operation
The PSTC standard operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The facility may be reserved outside of these hours by prior arrangement.

Prices
Prices quoted are for an eight-hour block of time during standard operating hours. Additional fees may apply. Special rates can be negotiated for government entities, long-term contracts, or shorter time blocks (pending availability). Payments can be made by purchase order or P-card. Cancellations require a seven-day notice.

• EVOC: $500
• Force-on-Force: $600
• Firing Range: $700
• General Purpose Training Rooms, including Emergency Management Training Center: $300
• EMT Training Room: $300
• Defensive Tactics: $200

Requirements
All agencies using the facility for training must provide:

• Proof of liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000, with ACC specifically listed as an endorsement on the policy
• A designated training coordinator who will attend a mandatory six-hour safety and operations orientation and be present during training sessions
